We would like to point out that photographs are always subject to environmental influences, their appearance and color can change and fade. For you to continue to enjoy our works of art you should not expose photographs, laminations, or frames in whole or in part to direct sunlight, hang them directly over heaters, or expose them to higher humidity than in a normal living room. Photographs laminations and frames are therefore not suitable for outdoor use. Laminations with UV protective film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and dirt and should therefore only be handled with gloves or equivalent protection.

Our General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up to regulate the business relationship between our customer and PF Studio Image Inc DBA PF-ImageGallery.com and are intended to be both binding and reasonable. Therefore, the following Terms and Conditions of PF Studio Image Inc DBA PF-IMAGEGallery.com are the basis of every order placed by you and you confirm that you understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound when you place an order. SECTION 1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION P.F. Studio Image Inc. DBA PF-ImageGallery.com operates under the brand name PF-ImageGallery.com abbreviated as PFIG. The Customer is exclusively governed by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid on the date of ordering. Any deviating contractual terms and conditions shall not be recognized by PFIG unless PFIG has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

SECTION 2 CONCLUSIONS OF THE CONTACT ORDER The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely is a non-binding online catalog. The products that you have selected by clicking on the...Add to Cart button has been summarized for you at the end of the ordering process in an order summary. At this point, you can review and modify any details you have entered during the ordering process or correct them by clicking the edit button. By clicking on the BUY NOW button, you submit your order data with a binding agreement to PFIG confirming you wish to purchase the item. We will automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an e-mail with an order and contact confirmation which contains all details about your order. We will store your order information and we may send you a copy of your order upon request once your order has been completed. However, for your protection PFIG recommends that you print out a copy of your order details and the Terms and Conditions that apply at the time you place your order.

SECTION 3. CANCELLATION Please note that the sale is final for all works with a CUSTOM FINISH selected by you since these items are produced to your specifications. Customized products will be excluded from the cancellation policy in PFIG's rules.All online orders of prefabricated works (in the presentation specified by PFIG) will be subject to the following right of withdrawal:

CANCELLATION INFORMATION RIGHT OF CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel this agreement within seven (7) days from the date of order without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify P.F.Image Studio Inc by sending us an email at support@pf-imagegallery.com. The cancellation period is considered to be met if your declaration of exercising the right of cancellation is sent within the cancellation period

CANCELLATION TERMS AND PROCEDURES If you cancel the purchase within seven (7) days from the date of the order we will refund your payments less than 25% of the sales price since the process of production has started. After exceeding the cancellation period of seven (7) days the cancellation of the purchase order is no longer possible. Should be returned goods prove to be damaged, then PFIG reserves the right to refuse the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. SECTION 4 DELIVERY Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from our printing partner to your specified delivery address. For delivering to US Canada and internationally please allow 7 to 14 working days.

SECTION 5 CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY COA Because of organizational factors, PFIG will send the customer the Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) including its Edition and Artwork details separately by USPS. In case you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must also return the Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) promptly. Without receipt of the Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), no refund of the purchase price will be issued.

SECTION 6 PRICES DUE DATE AND PAYMENT DEFAULT Online prices include VAT and taxes. Shipping costs are not included and will be added separately. Printing requests other than those indicated online will be charged extra and notified. Information on shipping costs is included in paragraph 7 of these terms and conditions. The purchase price is paid by credit card. Accepted payments by PayPal Bank transfer or credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex). If the customer's account has insufficient funds or the customer cancels the direct debit without good reason PFIG is entitled to charge the customer a processing fee of $20. For late payments, PFIG reserves the right of charging late payment fees at the rate of 10 % to the customer. In addition, PFIG may charge a flat rate of € 5.00 per reminder including the first reminder. If it can be proven that higher costs have been incurred as a result of this delay in payment PFIG reserves the right to assert these claims.

 SECTION 8 TRANSFER RETENTION You shall only have a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established or recognized by PFIG. You shall also have a right of set-off if you give notice of defects or assert counterclaims arising from the same purchase contract. In addition, you are only entitled to exercise the right of retention if your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

SECTION 9 RETENTION OF PROPERTY Until payment has been made in full the delivered Image shall remain the property of PFIG.

SECTION 10 LIABILITY PFIG shall be liable for damages within the scope of the statutory provisions. PFIG's liability shall be limited to compensation for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract which is attributable to PFIG's slightly negligent breach of material obligations. 

SECTION 11 WARRANTY If a defect becomes apparent during the inspection or subsequently, this must be reported to us immediately. In this case, it shall be deemed to be without undue delay if you notify us within two weeks, whereby timely dispatch of the notification shall suffice to meet the deadline. Irrespective of this obligation to inspect and give notice of defects, you have to notify us in writing of obvious defects (including wrong or short deliveries) within 7 days after delivery, within a period without setting a deadline, our liability for the non-notified defect is excluded.

SECTION 12 NO GRANT OF RIGHTS By purchasing a picture print, you merely acquire the material ownership of the print if no further rights to the picture have been expressly agreed. Generally, no other rights are granted or implied for the limited size of the artwork (image) Other sizes are still available for sale unless otherwise agreed. Any reproduction (copy), distribution, rental, public exhibition, or other analog or digital use is not permitted unless it has been contractually agreed, but you may resell the purchased print.

SECTION 13 COLLECTION PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA All provisions regarding the protection of your data can be found under PFIG Privacy Policy

SECTION 14 FORCE MAJEURE In case of a situation of force majeure, the execution of the contract may be suspended or, if it is completed, cause the cancellation of the sale. Expressly, are considered cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, those usually acknowledged by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, i.e. an event that is out of the control of the debtor, which could not have been reasonably expected at the time of the contract being concluded, and whose effects cannot be avoided by any appropriate measures The party invoking Force Majeure must immediately inform the other party, as well as upon its extinction thereof. 

SECTION 15 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida U.S. Any action at the law relating to this Agreement may only be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction of the State of Florida
